We're going to start providing e-mail notification and reminders of upcoming Chantey Sings. This will allow us to get in touch more quickly, and also save us some money on the mailing. Once a month, since October of 1995, a congenial
bunch of folks have been getting together to 'sing sea-songs by
the sea-shore' in New York City, down by the South Street Seaport.
Our current venue is the Seaman's Church Institute, who have treated
us with tremendous kindness over the last couple of years. During
the warmer months, we can use their patio (which has wonderful acoustics)
and we can still retreat into the indoors should one of those pesky
thunderstorms blow through.

The event occurs at the Seaman's Church Institute, 241
Water Street, from 8PM until 11PM. There's a decent (pay) parking
lot directly across the street from the venue, inside a chain-link
fence.
